Getting an ADHD or Autism diagnosis
The PCN Mental Health Team offers 90-minute virtual screening groups for people who think they may have ADHD or Autism and want to learn more. These sessions are led by staff specifically trained on neurodiversity. Participants will learn about ADHD and Autism, explore practical tools and strategies, and discuss referrals for assessment. Information about referrals will be provided during the session. Those who want further support can complete the required forms, and the Mental Health Occupational Therapist will arrange any follow-up referrals.

NeSS referrals
The Neurodevelopment Specialist Service (NeSS) is the Nottinghamshire NHS provider for adult autism and ADHD assessments, treatment, and support.
Right to Choose referrals
The “Right to Choose” means you can pick the healthcare provider for your autism or ADHD assessment.
Please note that if you would prefer to use a Right to Choose provider, you will need to research their eligibility criteria and referral process and provide and complete all necessary forms and information. Please be aware that unless the provider is commissioned under the NHS, The Manor Surgery will not enter into a Shared Care Agreement to prescribe any medication and as such, medication will need to be paid for privately.
