Alcohol
Whilst drinking alcohol isn’t necessarily bad for your health, drinking too much can be fatal. Cutting back on the amount you drink can be a really effective way to improve your health, boost energy, lose weight and save money.

To keep health risks from alcohol to a low level, both men and women are advised not to regularly drink more than 14 units a week.

Smoking
Stopping smoking is the best thing you can do for your health. Quitting smoking leads to better physical health, better mental health and helps you save money.

Vaping
There’s no benefit to vaping if you don’t already smoke. Some people think vaping is not as bad as smoking cigarettes but it is still damaging your body. The mist you breathe in still has nicotine and other harmful chemicals in it. Vaping isn’t safe and can cause health problems, including life-threatening lung injuries.
