How to deal with stress
Everyone gets stressed at times. But if you are feeling stressed frequently, it can become a problem. Being stressed can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression. Sometimes we can know exactly what is causing us to feel stressed- it might be an exam, or dealing with a serious illness, but sometimes we might not be sure why we feel the way we do. Either way, if you are struggling with your mental health and would like to talk to a GP, please call the surgery.
