Sunscreen

Spending time in the sun is good for you physically and mentally. But getting burnt by the sun increases your risk of skin cancer. 

Wearing sunscreen can help reduce the risk of getting burnt.

Being aware of heat exhaustion and heatstroke

Heat exhaustion does not usually need emergency medical help if you can cool down within 30 minutes. If it turns into heatstroke, it needs to be treated as an emergency.

Socialising
